I'll assume you have a deer tag. Is there a special tag for the DFG wildlife area? I've hunted Knoxville, the BLM and DFG properties, A LOT! Killed very few deer there. Killed a lot of turkeys and small game up there though. Haven't hunted it in 15 years. Too crowded, too hot and the people up there are stupid. You should bring a ton of water, wear blaze orange, hunt early and late and have a couple spare tires if you're hunting the BLM property
