landowner list

I found this list here on a MM post. I looked for what it means on the Utah DOW site but couldn't find anything.
Is it related to the CWMU's or is it simply a voucher you buy from the landowner and then get to hunt similar to CO's voucher program?

Its a list of how many tags each Landowner's Association gets...they use them how they like...some can be bought.

But very few can be bought is right. I have called and left messages and none will/have called me back. I guess they dont want my money. It must be bad or something.

Most are probably gone by now.I'm pretty sure most, if not all, the Pauns landowner permits are auctioned at SFW fundraisers as Pauns choose your weapon/season tags. Im betting outfitters grab alot of the others up also.
