Large Taco Salads - Modified American Plan at our House

Girls voted for taco salads for dinner tonight, and I lost the count AND re-count. Had a lot of plumbing repairs to get done, and change out a hose bib, but managed to finish by 4:00 PM. Our way to roll here is to add some bacon and shrimp to the bowl, in addition to the beans, beef, and cheese! Pretty darn good. I make flour bowls, instead of corn.

Shell with lettuce leaf blanket, refried beans and taco meat. Sharp cheddar and more lettuce and tomato. Dozen spicy shrimp, avocado, and big bacon pieces. Yum!!!
