Dall sheep steaks seared on the Blackstone and covered with sautéed onions. Definitely one of my favorite meals and in my opinion the best wild sheep in North America, although I haven’t tried stone.

Haven't had the opportunity to try Dall or Stone, but my Bighorn from here in Idaho was good. A little darker red, and reminds me more of moose color and texture than elk. The plate above looks great.
