Late season archery deer tag

Well, the hunting gods are smiling down on me this year! I was just notified that I received an alternate tag for a late season archery deer tag here in my backyard. Pretty excited to get to chase bucks all of Dec. I wasn't expecting another tag so I had put the bow away for a while. Will have to pull it back out and get to shooting again.

By far the best luck I have ever had in a season for tags. I had a good antelope tag here too. The wife is ready for hunting season to wind down already! At least this archery tag is close to home and can hunt partial days and still help with the kiddo.
