I looked through the big game proc. on the internet and I did not find the proposed late hunt. They must not have passed it. I sure miss the Nov. muzzle hunt. I would like to see muzzle hunters get together with SFW and make the dwr give us back the Nov season. The archery hunters are organized and give a lot of pressure at the rac meetings. The AR301 tag is an example of what archers have accomplished. Muzzle hunters need to do the same in my opinion. This 85-90 degree deer hunting is not for me. I liked to hunt in the snow and cold, the old hunt was basically just an extension of the general rifle hunt. The slaughter of innocent bucks heavy into the rut like the DWR paints was not accurate. It did not hurt the deer herd to have an early Nov. muzzle hunt in my opinion.
