After 2 days of hard hunting they were going to shoot whatever they could with Dave needing to get back for school monday, after the first two hills they hit for glassing were taken they dropped into the heavier cover between the hills and started to still hunt thru slowly, after a little bit they heard shots to the south and started that way keeping all eyes open, caughting movement out ahead they moved over to a shooting lane got set up and the elk moved thru, NO SHOT!!! they moved again and caught the bulls about 200 yards out, snapped bi-pod down on the rifle and Dave achored for a shot, wack!! the bull piled up 40 yards later and HE WAS PUMPED!!! We have a new ELK ADDICT!! Great job again Dave!!!
