Mahi Filet, Grilled Asparagus, and Frying Pan Spuds

Rooting around in the garage freezer like a boar hog looking for something for dinner, and found a whole skin-on mahi filet that had gotten lost in the bottom. Hell yeah!!

Had to blanch and freeze a whole lot of asparagus today, so saved some for tonight. Grilled the fish and veggies outside, and made some frying pan spuds to go with. The thread the other day on fish sauces got me thinking, and I hadn't had a cream sauce for a while. Creamy lemon butter sauce, with shallots, Dijon mustard, white wine, and heavy cream.

Could only eat 3 or 4 pieces, so definitely having fish tacos tomorrow!!
