meat processer/butcher in the Reno area

Who would you recomend in the Reno area? Looking to have a bunch of summer sausage made up.

G&C meats. They are out by north valleys high school. They did my elk this year......Pretty good job.

G&M Meats, I think that's what Walltent means too. I know a few people who have gone there and were very happy with everything, price, prodict, facility, and people. I plan on taking my next animal there. Google them, they are located in the North Valleys.
