Mexican Delight

I haven't made this for a long time. My kids Mom made this alot and I have had few dinners tgat top it. Not tough to make and yes it is comfort food because of the Fritos Corn Chips. Make it or have your honey make it. Don't use the mushrooms though or at least I never did.

Also the spaghetti I learned to make in Alaska 45 years ago. It is a tradition in my family.
