mobility impaired antelope question

So my question is on MI antelope. If you draw according to the proclamation you aren't assigned to any specific ranch, apparently you can hunt the entire unit you draw in. Has anyone had any experience with this? Are there some landowners who are willing to give you permission to hunt on their ranches? Are there good antelope numbers on public lands?

You will need to pay to play on most ranches in NM for antelope. However, there is a pile of great hunting on public lands in NM for goats but you better be REALLY on top of where you are on the maps as the goat areas are a checker boarded mess!!! IMO, hunt the public and have a great time, trophys are killed every year on public!
