Mule deer rut in central NM?

I was wondering when the mule deer rut in the 13, 16, 17 units? Thanks.

I'm not sure about the exact dates or even if it's in them units , but up northern NM the rut gets kicked off real solid in early December. I see bucks gathering doe in November but have never seen any breeding.I heard that that bucks get to mounting doe around Thanksgiving but never seen it. On my January bow hunts early on we always see bucks still with doe.The deer I killed this year was beat up and just stuck all over from fighting and I killed him on Jan 14th in unit 38.I guess it just depends on the weather and the cold fronts getting the doe in estrus....Seems like its later and later tho...
