I would like to antelope hunt in NE Wyoming this year. I am from Montana and NE Wyoming would be the shortest drive. I have made the trip from Billings to Casper numerous times and always saw a lot of goats. Looks like getting a tag is not a problem but I am wondering about access. I was looking at units 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 21, or 113. 21 seems to have the best public access. How tough is it to get access to private ground in these units and where is a good place to start to find willing landowners? I appreciate the help.
