Nevada draw process

So i used to think that Nevada looked at an applicant first two choices and then moved on to everyone else's first two and then came back to choice 3-5 but someone else told me they look at all five before moving on. Can someone clear this up for me.

Never heard that before they go through all five choices before moving on. It's all in the regs

Nevada looks at all 5. Arizona looks at 2.

That must be where i got it from got my states crossed I guess, do you know if nevada allows you to turn a tag back in and retain your points like colorado does?

You have until the last business day before your hunt opens to return your tag and retain your points however you don't get a refund unless you have a medical reason and doctors excuse
