New Castle - Scouting Help

I broke my foot wakeboarding this summer and havent been able to get out and do any scouting. The only scouting I have had was from my desk reading your posts (thank you) anyways I had my last surgery September 21st and I get my staples out of my foot Thursday Oct 4th.

We already had a trip planned to Utah for Oct 6th weekend. Going to the in-laws cabin. So I am planning on doing a little scouting around the New Castle/Pinto area. Does anyone have any advice, on this area. I've only hunted this area one time a couple years ago.

I have a general hunt for rifle, starting Oct 20th.

I live in Central, all I can say is good luck, it's a mad house for the general rifle season. One thing I can add is it's colder this year than in years past and it will effect the migration.

I guess my question should have been has anyone seen anything decent in that area?
