I have been reading mm forums for quite a long time now and finally decided to join in the fun. I am lucky enough to live and hunt in Colorado. Here is a photo of my 2011 4th season unit 38 buck. Not a monster, but I thought I needed to contribute something on my first post!

How was elk hunting?

No, got him on some BLM close to home. I live a few miles north of Blackhawk, Co.

sjhgraysafe, Archery elk was touch this year, but here is a picture of my 2010 archery bull. Over the counter unit on public land, not far from the house. Killed it the last evening f the season and packed it out the next morning. Bulls were not as vocal this year. called in a nice 6x6 to ten yards, but busted me as I was just about to release a double lunger....
