New Mexico 2b where are the deer in January?

I have a youth archery deer tag for New Mexico 2b in January. Just wondering are the deer in the same place as they are in the October November hunt.

Not to be smart ass, but they are just about everywhere. I haven't had the tag for a few years but when I hunted it we saw deer everywhere. There was about a foot of crunchy snow on the ground andstalkimg was impossible. I never thought road hunting with a bow was possible till then.

Oh thx just wondering how big of deer did you kill and did you see a lot of bucks?
