That has to be the BOX Y RANCH as they have a airstrip at the n/e corner of place as you drive by heading south of Grey's River. They have some cabins back there now so they must want to build this "mess" to make up for lost of hunters income there.

Crappy deal if they pull this off so hope that it gets shot in the arse and deal falls through.

I know Danny Schwab. On a personal level, he is a heck of a nice guy and would give you the shirt off his back if you need it, but making money is what he does. There are a lot of locals opposed and I expect the public comment meeting will be interesting.
