My cousin and I put in as a party. My other cousin by himself. He drew, now doesn't want to go by himself. I'm willing to go with him. If he decides not to go, can he turn his tag in and get his $ back. I'm trying to convince him to go. Area 10 buck.

I am sure you could get doe tags for Area 10 on the 2nd draw.Maybe not at the same time as your cousins buck tag,and not all the same units.My brother and I put in for doe tags on the 2nd draw last yr,because his BIL had a Bull Elk tag in the same are the week before.After my BIL bagging an elk,6 of us headed up there the next week and 5 of us bagged a doe.We put a lot of meat in the freezer last yr.
