is there controlled areas to hunt in n.e. oregon for mulies on a non-res. standpoint? havent read up on the oregon regs yet. just curious on hunting mulies in that country. or if there would be better places to look at. any pref. points for that state? thanks for any help.

You can apply for any unit as a non-res. Just have to wait it out and keep gaining points.
