NR Hunters Saftey

I know non residents need hunters saftey but I did'nt see it anywhere on my application like Colorado does. Is it only verified if I run into a warden?

LAST EDITED ON Mar-10-12 AT 09:17PM (MST)[p]On page 43 of the NR booklet it says it will be verified in the field, so if you are young enough that you had to pass hunter ed. certification, you need to carry that card with you in the field along with your hunting licenses and signed conservation stamp in case a Warden checks you.

i think if your over 40 you dont need hunter safety. at least thats the way it was years ago but dont hurt to double check

I have it and was'nt worried other than the fact that it was'nt apart of the application like it is in some other states. Thank you.
