Lookn for information on places to start lookn for some praire goats. Also places where to stay away from. Also, where would one camp that would have access to most of the places. Trying to find some out of the way places where most would not go.

Hunted it in 08 most of the goats are on private property but there are a few great goats out there.If I can be of any help send me a PM

We will be scouting it out this weekend and we will see how it goes. If I have trouble finding any quality goats I will give you a pm. I have heard the same thing a few times already and am starting to believe. But hopes are high and I have plenty of ambition, so we'll give er hell!

Scouted this unit for 3 days before the hunt. Best goats I saw were 75-77 inch range. Saw over 150 goats. Disappointed in quality that I saw. Saw muleys and CA bighorns as well. Was looking for a 80 inch plus goat.

Wondering is it an off year for big goats? Wondering if I go back of scout for deer. If anyone has imput I would appreciate a PM. Thanks. Greg
