So looking to see how to clean out the open stuff in the fridge, and what goes with what. Drug out a nice center-cut pork loin roast, and filleted it out to about 12"x18" to roll up. That last rubbery apple, some dried out apricots, half a yellow pepper, the wilted mushrooms, the rock hard raisins, end of the walnuts in an open bag, some chopped onion, and cinnamon with brown sugar. Thank goodness for the silicone bands. It came together OK, so let's make a meal (not the game show)!!
