Oh, For Crepe's Sake!!

Sweet Tooth wanted a little treat this morning, so asked me to do crepes instead of pancakes for a change. Nice and thin, filled theirs with red raspberry preserves and mine with apple jalapeño jelly. Made a pint of fresh whipped cream, since I had to use the beaters for the batter anyway. They said, "Oh, we'll just have a little powdered sugar instead of the cream". I could have made a quart instead of a pint, by the time they were done with it!!!

And I don't really like crepes, but those look good. I'm a fatty pancake fan.

Those are beautiful. Yeah, I was a total fail this AM as my pan was out in the RV, and I made my batter waaay to thick. They were good tho, and that was the goal!!
