Oryx population management hunts

A question to those who might know, I put in for this, along with the 3 hunt choices. My draw shows red/unsuccessful, does that mean I'm done and will get a refund, or do they decide these hunts later and notify me?

Hey pal, I'm pretty sure you will get a refund, then put on a list. If you get lucky, you will get a call, they will ask if you are available for a certain date. If you accept, then you have to pay for a tag. Hope this helps!!
