Had a bit of weather roll through northern cali this last weekend that made me feel like cooking a winter night family favorite. So I threw some beef shanks in the dutch oven with some wine, veggies and other good stuff.
I had some leftover saffron risotto in the fridge from last week, so me and the boy rolled some balls around shrimp and pepper jack cheese, breaded em' up and cooked em' in the air fryer.
Nice chopped salad and some fresh sourdough rolls from the local bakery.
Opened a good bottle of red vino. Pretty damn good if I don't say so myself!
