Isn't the water way down because of dam repairs?

Looks low but I thought the dam was repaired. When get up there I'll take a look and post what see here.

Dam looks fixed just still trying to fill up. Given the snowpack it might not fill up this year.

how about the animals? must be a bit dry unless the monsoonal rains are happening. can't get up until openier!(just spending all free time in NV and stepping it up for a pack hunt in the Jarbridge wilderness!)
