I am pretty pissed over this. I might boycott the expo unless I see the proposal and it is better. I also most want to take a dump in a box and mail it to Peay!

SFW did nothing different in their proposal. The RFP was written to favor them so they would score higher. That's a simple explanation of it. Nothing has changed, RMEF had the better bid, but SFW had the advantage when the state changed the selection process after the deadline to favor SFW. If RMEF sued over this I'm pretty sure they could win, the state had no right to change the process after the deadline and RMEF turned in their far superior bid. I would boycott the expo, because your money is going to the same place it's always been going, SFWs pockets. I would also contact sponsors of the expo and tell them to stop supporting it. This crap isn't going to change until the money and people stop rolling in.
 
I think we should start writing the expo sponsors and the RMELF.

one eye is right I LOL when I read the selection criteria. Criteria that only SFW could score any points under. Much like the rules of Basketball stating "when the opposing team goes to the line for foul shots, the referee shall attach a garbage can lid to the rim of the basket to ensure fair play."
