I love making pigs in blankets, out of Lil' Smokies and Rhodes rolls! They are delicious and freeze well, so they make great breakfast snacks with some mustard or hot sauce. Half dozen of them for 60 seconds in the microwave is perfect.
That darn kitchen mouse got into the first batch, while I was cooking the second one!!! She did say they were good tho!!
Since the oven was already hot, some monster cinnamon apple turnovers sounded good also. They will hold a ton of vanilla ice cream!!!
