Polar Bear

Howdy Guys,
I have a chance to spend a little time Deadhorse and in Prudhoe Bay AK in Late August.
Does anyone have a contact or information on
Charter flights In the area. If I can get up and see a polar bear from the air it might be as close as I get to taking one.
Also, I have a good chance to be in INUVIK
NW territory in Sept.
If anyone has anything on that area I would like to chat with you.
