Pork Tenderloin and Veggies Tonight

Running late this evening, after hunting antelope and taking care of that. A simple browned and baked tenderloin is perfect, and so easy. made a balsamic glaze, veggies, and salad. Perfect!!

Most of the grocers here run specials on pork tenderloins for $1.99 lb. So we always have a couple in reserve for those 'rainy days.'
