Trapped a large fat sow last week. Made some boneless chops, smoke the hindquarters for bbq sandwiches and stuffed baked potatoes, made a batch of Italian sausage. Lots of meat and did I mention she was fat! Chops were tender and tasty, sorry I did not get pics of chops on dinner plate. Too much going on at dinner time.

Nice. I like trapping them cause we can keep the sows to butcher, and save the smaller boars to sell live. Big boars go to the dump!!!
 
Big boars are good coyote bait. Drag them to spot where you have good visibility, open them up and let scent draw in song dogs. Boom, no more fawn killer!
