Long day at work so instant pot chicken with hominy.

And now working on some instant pot beans with moose kelbasa and spinach. The office bitches will eat good tomorrow:

And took out some halibut to deep fry for Friday night. @Blank post some deep fried cod the other day so I’ve been craving it:
