Preference Points Max

Where can I find what the max preference points for a species in Utah are up to and approximately how many people have that many? I remember reading it some years ago.

Granted, those are the 2015 numbers but it is nice to see 4 of us in the max Pref Gen Deer pool with 13 Preference points.
