Wife loved the left overs, so had that again. I'm on my own. Thin sliced prime rib, extra sharp white cheddar, sauteed onions and jalepenos, Dijon Worchestershire sauce!! Wow!!

I really wanted to, but used the last of the Cordons horseradish on the first cut. Home now, and have a fresh jar to go down to the RV already!!!
