Pronghorn Help

I was on the CO DOW website recently, and looked up the preference points required for different pronghorn hunts. I noticed that some hunts require more resident points than nonresident points. Can anyone explain this to me? Also, I have one pronghorn point. According to the web page, there are several pronghorn hunts that require zero nonresident points??? Are there any pronghorn hunts that a guy could draw with only one point? I am just looking to shoot a buck. Doesn't ahve to be a bruiser. I appreciate any help anyone can give me, and I would be happy to provide any info I can, on big game or other hunts in AZ of NM. Thanks, Jeff
