Well we are all done with this years pronghorn hunt in Wyoming. I was fortunate enough to take my 12 1/2 inch monster on opening morning. My partner took his that evening, a near match in size to mine. The old man missed his buck and passed on many smaller bucks and does. For the most part, this was a get together fun hunt with no cares of B & C score. JUST FUN, and it was all of that and more.

Mine was taken with my 58 caliber, round ball throwin, FFFG burnin' Hawken. What fun.

The partner took his with his 54 cal Lyman GP rifle. Also a roundballer.

Hope the rest of you fare as well this year. RB

ruttinbull: I will take a hunt like you had 10,000 times faster than I will take one where everybody is all concerned about B&C points. Nothing beats just hunting to have fun.

Congratulations, my man, and don't you love those roundballs! I sure do.

We are cutting the meat now. So Sweet.
I've had three meals now from my "goat" (we couldnt wait) and all 3 have been EXCELLENT.
-Camp Fajitas were awesome as were the barbecued goat and onions.

I told the wife that I probably will not go next year due to the cost. SHE has told me that I AM GOING. Whoopee, maybe that means she will pay for it. HE HE.
