Trying to get room for the Elk I hope to get next month. Going to have some good fixings for a few days. Just loaded the Masterbuilt. I use Bone Suckling Sauce Rub and Applewood Pellets. It is an electric smoker.
 
Not plated as ws have our dining table cluttered with canning and freeze dry fares. We had boiled Zuchinni slices and Green Beans with. The pulled pork isn't at 195 yet so is still in the smoker.
This babyback was perfect. I didn't use the foil 2-2-1 method as I'm not a fan of mushy ribs . Leaving them open and not even spritzing them with apple cider is how I do it. If the rub and smoke + temp is all good then other stuff doesn't add much but effort.
