Question on random draw?

I have one point for deer. When applying, can I select the random draw or am I automatically in the preference point draw now that I have one point?? Thanks for any help.

You were in the PP Draw with zero points.
You can select Special or Regular price draws, you start in the pref point then move to the random if you don't draw in the PP portion.

Everyone goes into the PP draw and whoever is left goes into the random draw. You don't get to pick.
