Wanted light and spicy tonight. Rotisserie chicken, with fresh mushrooms, asparagus, squash, red and yellow peppers, carrots and celery, sliced water chestnuts. Plenty of soy, wasabi, and pickled ginger. Yum!!

Great food doesn't have to be difficult to make. Find the ones you and the missus like, and figure out ways to make them better. Since losing the MIL this Fall, I will probably start to make more with some of our game meat.
