Ranch For Lease

My dad and I are looking for a ranch to lease for mule deer and
elk or even one or the other, would be interested in long term
lease as long as the animals are there. Would prefer ranch with
land owner tags if possible, any info would be great and this would be for 2008 season.???????????????????????????????????????

Usually dont see those kinda deals in Colorado. It's usually a "by the year/season" tresspass fee. Prices are going up every year.

Now theres some invaluable information for ya !! Try calling Garth Carter at huntnfool maybe ? Or Eastmans ? That would be a place to start anyway and tell them what your after. I have friends who lease a huge ranch every year near Baggs on the colorado side and do real well. MAybe a chamber of commerce near where you want to hunt would have some info too ? Gary
