Ranching for Wildlife or 1st Season Rifle???

I was thinking about drawing a 1st season rifle tag for the North Park area, but don't know if I should burn my points on a hunt you can draw with 0 points if you're lucky. I was checking out my options, and it looks like a couple of RFW either sex tags can be drawn with 2 points. Those are the Four Mile and Deakins ranches.

What would you all do? Burn your points on the first season rifle hunt, or try for the RFW tag? Has anyone had any experience with either of these ranches? Or, is there another good unit I could draw with two points?

And The deakins ranch sounds like it would be a great spot to get a cow or possibly a bull in the later seasons when the snow pushes the bulls down.

I don't know much about RFW's but my first thought is if you can draw a RFW with only 2 points it probably isn't that good. Which means you are limiting yourself to hunt a rather small area with access restrictions vs. having an entire GMU to hunt that is probably of equal quality or possibly better.
