Let's break this down
Wyo residents get 90/10 for the big 5 or even all species.....
Landowner tags will decimate any gains from the change.
Think about all those acres put into HMA and walkin areaa?
Do you think those ranchers will keep them enrolled? Or just cash out on transferable landowner tags? Pretty much whole units will be MAJORITY landowner tags. You thought the Utah model was jacked up?
How about if they can get GENERAL areas that are a draw for nonresident as landowner tags?
How about them being able to get landowner tags for.the big 5?
It all means reduced NR and Resident tags.
Who wins? Guides and landowners.
