Red dot?

I am new to bowhunting, I have been looking a the red dot scopes to use for hunting. Wanted to ask if anyone has used them, and if they work or any good for hunting? I have looked at the Spot-hogg sight also for a replacement for my current sight, any help or comments, thanks

You can't go wrong with the Spot-Hogg. I have the Hogg-It Hunter and love it. It is very adjustable and bullet proof. They are the best sight made, IMO. I'm not too familiar with the red dot scopes. The only scope type sights I have used have been on movable target sights. I like multiple pins and less moving parts for hunting.
