Reimbursement for unsuccessful tags

When is DGF going to reimburse us for the "pay up front" tags that we were unsuccessful in the draw? It's been about 2 weeks since the draw.
 
ask them the same question the other day and got a reply today saying in the next 2 weeks they should refund.
