Remington trigger safety recall

Best solution slap a timney on it and be done with it. For those that keep saying I haven't had a problem you need to consider that this could occur the next time you use the rifle. Don't F around and just get a Timney. They are affordable and truth is they have a much better feel with a crisp break and absolutely zero creep. I wouldn't even bother sending the thing back to Remington.

This recall is for the NEW trigger system they started putting in around 2007 that replaced the old Walker trigger that is in all the older guns manufactured for decades before that change! Take a look at the link and do what they say or put another trigger in yours if you have one.

Remington replaced a dangeous faulty trigger with another that also turned out to be dangeous and faulty with accidental discharges. I believe it covers all guns made from 2004 to 2014.
I agree with the above mentioned ideal of just replacing the trigger with a aftermarket Timmney over sending the gun back to Remington.
