Wife took all her girlfriends to lunch today, so wasn't hungry tonight. I got to do my own thing!! Home made Thousand Island, lean corn beef, baby Swiss and squeeze-dried kraut. Delicious!!

I love a good Reuben. And by chance or on purpose, you did it right. IMO a Reuben is much better when you use sliced sourdough or a roll instead of the traditional Rye bread.
