Simple meal tonight, but delicious anyway. Couple of grilled ribeyes, stacked up and cut across the grain with the brisket knife. I boiled the new potatoes from the garden, and smashed them, and broiled some fresh asparagus. Butter, bacon, and blue cheese for the spuds!! Perfect!!

You still getting fresh asparagus from your garden Blank? I live in NM and I can only harvest @4-15 thur 6-15 . Let them fern out after mid June , im trainable if I'm too cautious.

Sorry, wrong impression. These were out of the freezer. We just blanch and freeze as much as we possibly can, in vacuum paks. Right now we are down to peas, beans, cukes, carrots, and tomatoes.
