RM sheep cape wanted

Hello to all, I am looking for a rocky cape for a friend. His mount went to hell and wants to redo. Looking at a shoulder mount if possible on a mature ram. Thought I would throw it out here. Thanks

Take care, Inside Colo border selling a ram cape is not legal. Step 3 feet outside Colo and it is legal.

That's the first I've heard that selling a ram cape from a legally harvested plugged ram is illegal inside Colo?

I think this is the step on page 4 they are referring to, and in the case of your ram, would make it perfectly legal.

"It is illegal to trade, transfer or sell ram heads, capes, skulls or horns un- less CPW inspects and permanently plugs the horns. CPW permanently plugs only legally taken rams."
