Be careful. There are some shisters over there in western Washington. Honestly I can’t think of a single hunt on that side of the state that would be worth paying a guide for. The tags are over the counter and it’s a very doable DIY place to hunt.

Spend your money and time on doing it yourself and keep your expectations low. Shooting a rag horn is the norm. Paying a guy to shoot a rag horns gunna sting

Look at the state’s harvest success. It’s poor for elk. And those numbers include antlerless and special permits.
